Enquiries submitted through this site are processed by Netlify (our website and form host) and delivered to our email inbox. If you become a coaching client, your data is managed through our coaching platform — see the platform privacy notice for details of the providers involved. We share your data only with these service providers, under appropriate data-protection terms.
We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to respond to you and, if relevant, while you are a coaching client. If you don't go ahead with coaching, we'll delete your enquiry data within a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. To understand how the site is used, we use GoatCounter — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that counts visits and shows which pages are popular. It sets no cookies and collects no information that identifies you personally.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent.
